Provide administrative and clerical support to the project team.
- Assist in preparing, formatting, and maintaining project documents, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and appointments, ensuring accurate documentation of minutes and action items.
- Maintain and update project records, including contracts, correspondence, drawings, and approvals.
- Monitor project progress and prepare status updates or tracking reports as required.
- Support the project team in procurement processes such as preparing purchase requests, liaising with suppliers, and tracking deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, project standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle communication and correspondence with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Assist in preparing claims, variations, invoices, and related financial/project documentation.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and document control related to the project.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
