1. Admin experience in the construction/developer industry, OR Fresh grad from construction field education background (Building, Project Management, QS etc)

2. Maintain and update files documentation and drawings (both electronic and hardcopy)

3. Add marks if have a basic concept of Authority submission (BP, KM, Bumi Release etc.)

4. Follow up with Consultants/ Authority officer on submission status

5. To prepare payment for Authority/ Consultants/ Contractors, and follow up on the payment status with the Account Dept.

6. To schedule meetings and prepare meeting minutes.

8. Any ad-hoc admin task instructed by Project Manager.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
