**Position**: Project Admin

**Location**: Bakawali, Johor Bahru

**Salary**: RM2,500 - RM3,200 (based on experience & qualifications)

**Working Hours**:
Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Saturday: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Project Team in handling day-to-day administrative and documentation tasks related to ongoing projects.
- Prepare and update project reports, cost summaries, quotations, and progress documentation.
- Maintain project files, records, and correspondence in an organized manner.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project workflow.
- Track project expenses, verify invoices, and assist in cost control activities.
- Prepare purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO), and other related documents when needed.
- Support project scheduling, follow up on material deliveries, and update progress timelines.
- Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the Project Manager or management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering**, or related field.
- At least **1 year of working experience** in project coordination, admin, or related roles
- Good in **Microsoft Office** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic report preparation.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask under mínimal supervision.
- Good communication skills in **English and Bahasa Malaysia** (Mandarin is an advantage).
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn about project and cost handling.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)
- English (preferred)
- Mandarin (preferred)
