_**Job Scope**:_
- Receive the customer PO and verifying/cross check the due diligent of the PO and Quotations.
- Create order in SAP.
- Checking the customer's credit and payment terms to proceed.
- Run the daily task on SAP to reduce the backlog.
- Be the first point of contact to the Sales Representatives and Technicians.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned.
- **Requirements**:_
- Basic knowledge in MS Office skills
- Good focus on details
- Experience on similar position will be an asset
