Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Explain and educate customers on product specifications, pricing, and installation process.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and hardware for their customized furniture.
- Assist customers sales activities such as site measurement, on-site inspection, etc. when required.
- Utilize design software, such as AiHouse to provide customized furniture designs to customers based on their requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with customers to maintain good customer relationships and close sales.
- Resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or higher certification in interior design or a related field
- Proven experience as a sales designer in a kitchen cabinet and/or other wood panel-based furniture retail outlet
- Proficiency in designing software such as AiHouse is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored design solutions
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of pricing and product specifications
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Attention to detail and ability to create accurate and professional design presentations
- Mandarin speaker more advantage.
