**Responsibilities**:
- Obtain strong product knowledge in order to resolve customer’s queries effectively.
- Go the extra miles to understand customer’s pain points and try to resolve in a timely manner.
- Maintain good relationships with our customers and ensure their business success by using our products.
- Manage and escalate bug reports and feature requests to the product team.
- Work closely with the product and development team in resolving customer’s technical issues.
**; Requirements**:
- Student of diploma / degree / certificate in accounting or IT.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English language with another added language, either Malay or Chinese language.
- Tech savvy and high attention to detail.
- Possess excellent self-motivation and self-discipline.
- Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
