Working hour:Mon-Fri(9am-6pm)
Working Location:Midvalley, KL

1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.
2. Set sales and marketing targets and monitor performance against those targets.
3. Lead and motivate a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and training as needed.
4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers.
5. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
6. Analyze sales and marketing data to evaluate effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
7. Oversee the development of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and public relations activities.
8. Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
9. Prepare regular reports and presentations for SG HQ, highlighting sales and marketing performance, market trends, and recommendations for improvement.
10. Manage sales and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
11. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in sales and marketing, and identify opportunities to leverage them for business growth.

**Job Requirement**:
1.Minimally 5 years in a senior leadership role
2.Organized and experience in coordinating and working with multiple teams and departments
3. Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
4. Extremely versatile and personable, building relationships with key stakeholders
5.Keen opportunist with a nimble business mind to development and execute creative solutions
6.Ability to demonstrate structured thought processes and critical thinking skills
7.Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
8.Proven success in a project coordination or project management role
9.Experience in consumer exhibitions (bonus qualification)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
