This position exists to increase business by selling the Group's hotels & F&B restaurants within various sales channels

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive revenue growth by nurturing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organizers.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure alignment with strategic sales goals.
- Represent all Equatorial Hotels & F&B with professionalism and integrity.
- Collaborate with hotel departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to inform sales strategies.

- A proactive mindset with proven sales achievements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge of corporate and MICE segments in the hospitality sector.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following - Hospitality Management/ Business Administration / Marketing / Tourism Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel sales, with 2 years in a managerial or supervisor capacity.
- Proven experience handling corporate accounts, MICE, Travel & Tours and event organizers.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales target and KPIs.
- Experience with CRM systems and hotel property management software is an advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin. Proficiency in other languages is an added advantages.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
- Familiarity with regional market trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
