Business Development Executive

1. Market Research: Identify emerging markets and trends to inform strategic decisions.
2. Lead Generation: Generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing relationships.
3. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
4. Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients. Overseas market development.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align offerings with market needs.
6. Sales Strategy: Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase revenue.
7. Reporting: Track and report on sales metrics and performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
8. Ad-Hoc Tasks: To perform any ad-hoc tasks related to the Business and Market Development to be assigned by the management from time to time.
**Job Requirement**
1. Education: SPM or equivalent; Diploma or degree in business administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
2. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales or a related role, preferable within the relevant industry.
3. Language and Culture Awareness: Proficiency in English is essential. Additional languages such as Mandarin, Japanese etc. is an advantageous for engaging with international clients and expanding into new regions. Awareness of cultural nuances in communication can improve relationship-building with clients from different backgrounds.
4. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), familiar in social media marketing such as FB, IG, TikTok etc. are advantageous. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Attributes: Self-motivated with a strong drive for results. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business goals. Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform decision-making.
6. Working Conditions: Office/Hybrid or Remote. Will require frequent travel to meet clients or attend events.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
