**Responsibilities**:
1. Market Research & Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for business growth

2. Leads Generation & Management:

- Identify and reach out to new affiliate
- Coordinate onboarding to brief affiliates on our product, promotions and commission structure

3. Relationship Building & Management:

- Regular communicate with affiliates to build and maintain strong relationships by providing support and guidance
- Monitor affiliate performance and analyse data
- Manage and resolve affiliate queries

4. Product Listing & Sample Distribution
- Distribute new product listing to affiliates
- Distribute and arrange deliver product sample to affiliates

5. Training Management
- Prepare detailed product descriptions and training materials for affiliates
- Organize training sessions to help affiliates optimize their marketing efforts

6. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

- Monitor affiliate activities, traffic, and conversions using analytics tools
- Use performance data to make decisions that improve results and maximize affiliate contributions

7. Compliance and Quality Assurance:

- Ensure affiliates adhere to program policies, brand guidelines, and legal requirements
- Address and resolve issues related to fraudulent or non-compliant affiliate activities

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Business Administration / Marketing / Mass Communication or any related field
- Good command of English and Malay language in both written & verbal
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze performance data and make improvements.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
