**Position: Customer Service Executive**
**Salary: RM 2000 - RM 2500 (Depending on experience)**
**Working Location: Petaling Jaya**
**Working hour: 1 PM shift**
**Tenure: 6 months (Renewable basis/Converted to permanent)**
**Job Descriptions**
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Provide information and troubleshooting to subscriber or dealer in a proper manner.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Escalate ticket to respective department for further investigation and do follow up call to subscriber and dealer.
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
- Fast learner (Must be able to find the information and solution during high traffic of calls) without providing wrong information.
- Ad hoc: outbound call from list provided.
**Preferred Qualification**
- SPM/Diploma/Degree holder
- Excellent communication both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
- Fresh Degree holder are welcome to apply
- Ability to withstand pressure with high volume of calls
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
