**Customer Correspondence**:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries, providing friendly and timely responses.
- Assist in managing customer correspondence across channels, ensuring accurate and professional communication.
- Help with customer relationship management by tracking correspondence history and customer feedback.
**Administrative Support**:
- Organize and maintain company records and documents in an accessible, secure manner.
- Manage appointments, schedules, and office supplies.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
**Financial Record-Keeping**:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including invoicing, expenses, and cash flow.
- Support in preparing basic financial reports for internal review.
- Work closely with finance team members to ensure up-to-date records.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Words & Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
