Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job requirements.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment database.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
**Requirements**:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
