**Job Overview**:
The HR Executive plays a key role in supporting and executing daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training coordination, payroll support, and HR administration. The role ensures HR policies and procedures are followed effectively and contributes to maintaining a positive work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Recruitment & Onboarding**
- Coordinate job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
- Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters
- Organize and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding
**2. HR Operations & Administration**
- Maintain and update employee records (soft and hard copies)
- Handle employee data entry in HRIS system
- Prepare HR-related letters, memos, and documents
**3. Employee Relations**
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts under guidance of HR Manager
**4. Compensation & Benefits**
- Assist in payroll preparation and submission
- Ensure accurate attendance and leave records
- Support administration of benefits (insurance, claims, allowances)
**5. Training & Development**
- Coordinate internal and external training programs
- Track training attendance and update training records
**6. Compliance**
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and company policies
- Assist in audits and reporting to statutory bodies (e.g. SOCSO, EPF, LHDN)
**7. HR Projects**
- Support initiatives related to performance management, engagement surveys, and organizational development
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in HR; fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered
- **Skills**:
- Knowledge of Malaysian labor law and HR practices
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software is an advantage
