**Job Title: Mid-level Resource Management Administrator**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the inventory for all IT assets within assigned accounts
- Track all existing maintenance contracts and software licenses
- Handle the full **asset lifecycle**, including deployment, usage monitoring, and retirement
- Negotiate and review **hardware/software licensing contracts** with external vendors
- Work with Business Units to establish agreements aligned with company and partner interests
- Ensure **contract performance** and amend contracts as necessary
- Document and provide reports on IT asset usage as required
- Communicate with IT teams regarding upcoming **contract renewals**

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Business IT** or equivalent
- **1-3 years** of relevant experience in IT asset management or licensing
- Solid understanding of **web technologies**:

- Strong **analytical and critical thinking skills**:

- Excellent **communication skills**:

- Highly **organized and detail-oriented**:

- Skilled in **negotiation and project management**:

- Working knowledge of **business and data intelligence software**

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- IT asset management or licensing: 1 year (required)
- web technologies: 1 year (preferred)
- business and data intelligence software: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
