**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
Identify and approach potential clients across various sectors, including corporations, institutions, event planners, and agencies.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring excellent customer service and repeat business.
- **Sales Strategy Execution**:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the corporate gifting and awards segment.
- **Product Knowledge**:
Stay up to date with the latest products, trends, and customization options in corporate gifts and awards to effectively advise clients and create tailored solutions.
- **Proposal & Quotation Management**:
Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations that align with client needs and brand objectives.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:
Work closely with design, procurement, and production teams to ensure accurate fulfillment of client requirements.
- **Market Analysis**:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify emerging opportunities and challenges.
- **Event Participation**:
Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings to generate new leads.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and digital communication tools.
- Creative mindset with a passion for branded merchandise and client engagement.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
