**Responsibilities**:

- To build and maintain business relationship with management of the mall
- Managed all related tenancy agreement document
- Identify new business opportunities
- Follow up with contractors to ensure timeline are met in opening new outlet
- Ensure sales growth and increase market share
- Assisting with marketing and promotional projects
- Collaborating with management on sales goals
- Provide timely reporting to Management on market insights, situation and suggestion for improvements
- Perform any others ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience in business development, sales management or other related fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- Results-oriented and aggressive in capturing markets and increasing market share
- Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people
- Must be willing to base in Kulai, Johor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
