**Role Summary**

We are seeking a hands-on, commercially minded leader to support the Managing Director in driving business execution, operational efficiency, and sales enablement across our Malaysia operations. This role will act as a force multiplier to the MD, managing key follow-ups with customers, internal teams, and supporting sales growth by driving KPIs, project outcomes, and team accountability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work directly with the MD to execute strategic and day-to-day priorities
- Drive **KPI planning, tracking, and enforcement** across sales, operations, and project teams
- Support the sales team in follow-ups, proposal progress, and customer engagement
- Coordinate with engineering, factory (e.g., Suzhou), and software teams to ensure delivery timelines are met
- Be a key point of contact for escalated customer issues or requests
- Assist in managing business dashboards, performance metrics, and reports
- Attend internal and external meetings with or on behalf of the MD
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- 8-12 years of experience in **sales operations, commercial project management**, or **customer program roles**:

- Strong ability to manage and track **KPIs, milestones, and team performance**:

- Experience in **manufacturing, electronics, wireless, or tech sectors** is a plus
- Hands-on and execution-focused; willing to dive into operational details
- Able to represent the company to clients in both sales and delivery contexts

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
