Admin Manager

**The Duties and Responsibilities**
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive administrative strategy aligned with company objectives, emphasizing efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
2. Lead and manage the administrative team, providing guidance, mentorship, and leadership to drive exceptional performance.
3. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, IT, and facilities, to ensure seamless coordination of administrative activities.
4. Oversee office operations, including facilities management, office services, vendor relationships, and security protocols.
5. Implement and maintain administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
6. Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure the smooth operation of administrative functions.
7. Develop and manage the administrative budget, including cost forecasting, expenditure control, and cost-saving initiatives.
8. Lead the implementation of technology solutions to enhance administrative processes and efficiency.
9. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment for employees through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
10. Oversee travel arrangements, events, and company-wide initiatives, ensuring successful execution.
11. Handle employee inquiries and concerns related to administrative matters, providing timely and effective solutions.
12. Provide regular reporting and updates on administrative performance to senior management.
13. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to administrative management.
14. All other works as assigned by the group from time to time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in administrative management, with at least 3 years in managerial roles.
Strong background in administrative operations and office management.
In-depth understanding of administrative policies, procedures, and best practices.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in implementing technology solutions to enhance administrative processes.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering tangible administrative improvements.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Mandarin language is advantageous.
**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
