**Job Description**:

- Handle inbound calls regarding customer's enquiries and solve the cases by priority.

Job Requirement:

- Fluent English
- Able to commit to working on rotational shifts
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Experience in medical or logistic field is preferred.
- Good communication and critical thinking.
- Commuting to office location for work
- Location: KL Central

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
