**The Job Description of Customer Service**
- Arrange meetings with potential and existing clients, including doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct interviews to collect patient medical history and symptom information.
- Communicate with patients regarding examinations or upcoming appointments.
- Educate patients about medical conditions and preventive care.
- Coordinate care with multiple specialists and other healthcare providers.
- Assist Malaysian patients in scheduling medical appointments at Royallee Cancer Hospital in Guangzhou, China.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with strong skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Excellent communication and comprehension abilities, with a positive attitude and cheerful personality.
- Strong coordination skills and a team-oriented mindset, capable of effectively driving business growth.
- Aged between 18-35, with at least a diploma or higher education.
- Open to all majors and have related experience with Telemarketing.
- Diligent, eager to learn, capable of handling work pressure, with a meticulous and responsible work ethic, and high integrity.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
- English (required)
