**Job Summary**:
Job Scope:
- Assists salesperson on document preparation ,
- Support sales person in sales order, ensure smooth order processing to timely and accurate delivery.
- Answer and follow up on all phone call and walk in customer enquiries
- Update and manage customer database and documentation
- Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting sales team data; establishing entry priorities
- Perform data entry, prepare Quotation, invoice & DO
- Familiar with CRM or other software will be advantage and value added
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning and copying
- Coordinate delivery arrangement
- Perform and undertake any other ad-hoc duties or task ad and when required by the management
Job Requirements:
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Good written & verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin will be added advantage.
- Computer literate and numerate
- Aggressive, fast learner and able to work independently
- Focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels
- Able to work under pressure
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,499.00 per month
