We offer opportunity to learn and develop in respective area of studies.
**Scope of Responsibilities**
- Involves in HRBP function role to deliver solutions in support of business strategies.
- Involves in creating HR procedures and continuously enhancing HR policies and standard operating procedures.
- Involves in data collection and analysis for employee engagement activities.
- Involves in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), research and liaison with external training providers to identify the best training programs.
**Requirements**:
- Internship duration(s): 3 months or above.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months
Pay: RM600.00 per month
