Team Supervision & Operational Flow
- Work closely with department requestor to evaluate CAPEX needs and ensure they are aligned with operational goals and budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with requestors to access the technical and financial aspects of proposed CAPEX items and determine their suitability for investment.
- Assist requestors in developing detailed justifications and budget forecasts for CAPEX proposals.
- Coordinate with Finance Department to ensure CAPEX budgets are adhered to, and monitor expenditure to ensure they align with the approved budget.
- Prepare detailed proposals for high-value items or projects, including AFOCT documentation and conduct thorough evaluations to ensure proposals meet both operational and financial requirements.
- Collaborate with end user and Group Procurement for the details of the equipment/ project.
- Regularly engage with GP and other related Services from HQ to ensure alignment on procurement strategies, projects and proposals.
- Ensure that all Preventive Maintenance (PPM) agreements are in order and renewed in accordance with the company’s maintenance schedule.
- Coordinate with service providers to ensure that PPM contracts are in place and that the terms are favourable.
- Monitor the expiration of existing contracts and ensure timely renewals to avoid any disruptions in services.
- Ensure purchasing activities remain within the allocated budget and report regularly to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory and procurement needs.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet operational demands while avoiding overstocking or stockouts.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement performance, cost-saving initiatives, and vendor evaluations.
- Ensure the department’s SOPs are up to date, effective, and aligned with best practices and organizational objectives and being review and revise regularly.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
