Warehouse Coordinator

I. DAILY TASK

1. Warehouse Administration:

- Manage and maintain all warehouse-related documentation, including receiving reports, packing lists, shipping documents, and inventory records.
- Process and verify incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company procedures.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely flow of materials and finished goods.
- Handle inquiries and resolve discrepancies related to inventory, shipments, and documentation.
- Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and electronic) for all warehouse records.
- Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits related to warehouse operations and inventory.

2. WMS Data Entry and Management (Emphasis on Lot Number Tracking):

- Accurately and efficiently enter all relevant data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including details of incoming raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Specialize in the meticulous tracking and recording of lot numbers for all incoming products.
- Maintain accurate records of lot numbers throughout the production process, linking raw material lots to finished good lots.
- Ensure accurate data entry of lot numbers during receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes within the WMS.
- Conduct regular audits within the WMS to verify the accuracy of lot number information and resolve any discrepancies.
- Generate reports from the WMS related to lot number traceability, inventory levels by lot, and material movements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data entry errors within the WMS, particularly those related to lot numbers.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of WMS functionalities related to lot number management.

3. Reporting:

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key warehouse activities, including receiving, shipping, inventory levels, and lot number tracking.
- Prepare specific reports on lot number traceability for quality control and recall purposes, as required.
- Provide timely and accurate information to the Warehouse Manager on any issues or discrepancies related to inventory or lot number management.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for management review.

4. Other Responsibilities:

- Support warehouse staff with administrative tasks as needed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance job skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager

II. QUALIFICATIONS
- A PMR / SPM / diploma holder in any discipline
- At least 1 year working experience in warehousing
- Basic computer operation, good communication skills, interpersonal skills and basic problem solving.
- Independent worker, self-drive personality, service oriented, strong leadership quality & high degree of maturity
- Possess own transport.

Working hours: Monday - Friday

Entitle for OT Rate 1.5 (Normal Working Day & Off Day)/ 2.0 (Public Holiday & Rest Day) / 3.0 (Rest Day on PH)

Contribution of EPF, Socso & EIS. Annual Leave, Sick Leaves and Other Special Leaves under company.

SALARY RANGE IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
