**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate daily office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks to ensure optimal performance
- Manage agendas, travel arrangements, and appointments for upper management
- Support budgeting and basic bookkeeping procedures
- Maintain and update accurate records and databases (personnel, financial, and other relevant data)
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Prepare timely reports, presentations, and proposals as assigned
- Provide administrative support to colleagues whenever required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 credits in SPM, STPM, or Diploma/Degree in a related field
- Proficient in English and Malay; ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
- Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Willing to learn, proactive, and outgoing personality
- Must possess own transportation
