**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and process Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) and related legal documents.
- Liaise with purchasers, lawyers, bankers, and government authorities for transaction matters.
- Monitor and follow up on loan approvals, disbursements, and signing of documents.
- Ensure timely stamping, registration, and submission of agreements.
- Maintain proper records and filing for all conveyancing files and documentation.
- Assist in resolving any issues or queries related to property transfers.
- Provide regular updates on progress to management and sales team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in property conveyancing.
- Familiarity with conveyancing procedures and documentation.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Attributes**
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Positive, professional, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and care.
- Good command of English and local languages.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
