Human Resources Executive

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**1. Recruitment & Onboarding**
- Plan and manage recruitment activities.
- Handle new staff hiring and conduct onboarding briefings.
**2.** **Payroll & Statutory Contributions**
- Process monthly payroll.
- Manage EPF, SOCSO, and related records and reports.
**3.** **Training & Development**
- Organize staff training.
- Maintain staff training reports and records (e.g., staff passport).
**4.** **Staff Movement & Organization Chart**
- Track internal staff movements and update the company organization chart accordingly.
**5.** **Compensation & Benefits**
- Manage monthly benefits records and reports.
**6.** **Disciplinary Action**
- Handle warning letters and maintain disciplinary records when needed.
**7.** **Office Property & Maintenance**
- Maintain a database of office assets.
- Oversee housekeeping and maintenance activities.
**8.** **Documentation Management**
- Organize and update office documentation monthly.
**9.** **IT/System Management**
- Coordinate user IDs and system access.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree (any field)
- **Experience**: Minimum of senior executive level in HR or admin functions
- **Technical Skills**: Familiar with general office software and systems
- **Soft Skills**: Honest, organized, diligent, and good communication skills
- **Competency**: Based on internal Customer Service competency matrix
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
