**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**1) Routine Responsibilities**:
- Monitor and double-check staff attendance records to ensure accuracy.
- Verify employee leave balances and ensure compliance with leave policies in the system.
- Validate salary data for EA (Employment Annual) purposes.
- Review and update employee insurance data regularly.
- Prepare official letters and documentation as required.
- Prepare tardiness and attendance reports.
- Support with ad-hoc HR-related tasks and duties as assigned.
**2) Onboarding**
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Set up and manage Leave, Salary, and Payroll systems for new employees.
- Coordinate and facilitate the setup of Thumbprint / Mobile Clocking for new hires.
**3) Offboarding**
- Conduct exit interviews and assist with the offboarding process for resigning employees.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and processes are completed during employee departure.
**4) Training & Development**
- Submit final training claims for reimbursement post-training.
**5) Compensation & Benefits**
**Compensation**:
- Prepare monthly salary details, statutory reports, and ensure compliance with compensation policies.
- Process and monitor EPF, SOCSO/EIS, HRDF, and PCB contributions.
- Prepare EA forms and submit CP8D reports.
**Benefits**:
- Maintain and update employee data for insurance purposes.
- Manage and oversee the claims process for company insurance, including both individual and group policies.
- Handle PERKESO claims processes for employees.
**6) Performance Appraisal**
- Prepare and distribute performance appraisal forms for staff and management completion.
- Coordinate the preparation of bonus and salary increment lists.
- Prepare and submit yearly leave and disciplinary reports for the department.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant HR Admin experience.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision, self-discipline and multi-tasking.
- Well versed with **Timetec HRMS Software** will be an added advantage.
- Well versed with local Employment Act and Statutory guidelines.
- Work at **Kampung Baru Subang, Lorong TUDM, Shah Alam**:
- Can start **immediately**
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Human resources: 2 years (preferred)
