**Job Title**: Lecturer in Hospital Management (Healthcare)

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Teaching and Curriculum Development**:

- Design and deliver lectures, seminars, and workshops on hospital management, healthcare policies, and related topics.
- Develop course materials, syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with academic standards.
- Integrate case studies and practical insights into teaching to enhance students' learning experience.

**Research and Publication**:

- Conduct research in hospital management, healthcare administration, or related fields.
- Publish articles in peer-reviewed journals and present findings at academic conferences.
- Seek research funding and collaborate with industry stakeholders on projects.

**Student Guidance and Mentorship**:

- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects.
- Provide academic advising and career guidance to students.
- Promote active participation in internships, seminars, and community outreach programs.

**Industry Collaboration**:

- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare institutions and hospital administrators.
- Organize guest lectures and field visits to bridge academic knowledge and industry practices.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Participate in departmental meetings, program reviews, and curriculum updates.
- Assist in organizing academic events, conferences, and workshops.
- Support accreditation and quality assurance processes.

**Requirements**:
**Education**:

- Master’s or Ph.D. in Hospital Management, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in higher education.
- Relevant professional experience in healthcare management is an added advantage.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of hospital management systems, healthcare policies, and quality management in healthcare.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using technology for teaching, including online learning platforms.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
