**Responsibility**
- Participate in vendor sourcing, selection and evaluation, and continuously seek opportunities to optimise the supply chain;
- Source, research, identify potential local & oversea suppliers/ contractors;
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and timely delivery;
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the production & R&D team to ensure availability of materials and minimise disruptions;
- Prepare and maintain accurate purchasing records, reports, and documentation;
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations;
- To plan the purchases strictly according to timeline & approved budget.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as and when required.

**Requirement**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred.
- 1-3 years procurement experience OR strong background in supply chain, logistics, or vendor management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, and experience with procurement software.
- Prefer Mandarin and Cantonese speaking to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
