- Responsible for the day-to-day administrative activities of the office.
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and hard copy.
- Handle receivables and payables including staff claims and various payments.
- Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping.
- Handle business related matters with relevant departments.
- Manage office supplies inventory and procurement processes, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information.
- Occasionally traveling off-site to deliver documents to other departments or perform banking duties.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate cross-functional communication and teamwork.
- Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Malay and Mandarin.
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management and scheduling skills
- Basic bookkeeping experience, especially in accounts payable/receivable
- Experiencing using office management software, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multi-task

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
