**Position: Planner**

**Salary Package: RM 3,000 - RM 3,800**

**Working Location: Taman Perindustrian Tebrau, JB**

**Working days : 5.5 days / Week (Need to work OT)**

**Working Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 (Monday - Friday) & 08:00 - 13:00 (Saturday)**

**Job Descriptions:

- **
- Develop, maintain, and monitor the master production schedule based on customer orders, forecasts, and capacity.
- Plan and control material requirements to ensure sufficient raw materials, packaging, and components are available.
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and warehouse departments to balance workload and avoid bottlenecks.
- Monitor work order progress, machine utilization, and manpower allocation.
- Adjust schedules proactively in response to production delays,
- equipment breakdowns, or urgent orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock checks. Generate reports on production status, delivery performance, and capacity utilization.
- Work closely with sales and customer service teams to confirm delivery dates and manage customer expectations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Support ERP/MRP system data accuracy (BOMs, lead times, stock levels).

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Production Planning, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in production planning, preferably in plastic injection moulding or a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems, production scheduling, and capacity planning.
- Familiarity with plastic materials, moulding cycles, and production flow in injection moulding operations.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles (FIFO, safety stock, reorder points).
- Basic understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities across departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production planning software.
- etail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good negotiation and decision-making
- capabilities.
- Required to work OT.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
