Job Description:
Collaborate seamlessly across functional teams, including sales, shipping, engineering, etc., to support customer requirements.

Perform accurate data entry and manage order information, customer complaints, and returns.

Ensure order compliance with company policy and external/legal requirements.Proactively communicate and manage key strategic customer accounts.

Act as the primary liaison for customer communication regarding company and/or product changes.

Embrace a continuous improvement mindset to enhance processes.

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.

2+ years of experience working in a cross-functional environment with departments such as sales, shipping, engineering, etc.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

SAP or equivalent systems experience in Order to Cash.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer usage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
