**Receive, review, and process customer orders** accurately in the system (e.g., SAP, I-Scala).
- **Verify order details**, pricing, stock availability, and delivery requirements.
- **Coordinate with internal teams** such as sales, logistics, and warehouse to ensure timely fulfillment.
- **Generate and manage order documents** (invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders).
- **Track and monitor order status**, providing updates to customers or relevant departments.
- **Handle order changes, cancellations, or returns**, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
- **Resolve order-related issues** promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate order records for reporting and audit purposes.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- **1-2 years** of experience in order processing, customer service, sales operations, or logistics coordination.
- Proficient in ERP systems such as **SAP**, **I-Scala**, or similar order management tools.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Familiarity with invoicing, purchase orders, and delivery documentation processes.
- **Detail-oriented** with high accuracy in data entry and order review.
- Good **communication and coordination skills** to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Good **problem-solving abilities** to handle order discrepancies and customer issues.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple orders under tight timelines.
