**What you'll be doing**
- Developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance systems and procedures
- Establishing and maintaining quality control protocols, including inspection, testing, and documentation processes
- Monitoring production processes and identifying opportunities for quality improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Analysing quality data, generating reports, and making recommendations to senior management
- Providing training and guidance to the quality assurance team to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements

**What we're looking for**
- At least 8-10 years of experience in the steel industry and quality assurance & control within a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably in scaffolding, racking, pipe, and roofing.
- Minimum 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role, overseeing QA/QC teams across multiple business units.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, statistical process control, and lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues
- Proficient in the use of quality assurance tools and software, such as SPC, FMEA, and Six Sigma
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
