About the role

We are looking for a meticulous and highly organized QA (Document Control) Executive to join our client's team. This role is responsible for managing and maintaining ISO 9001 documentation, ensuring all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company standards and audit requirements. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, responsible, and skilled in document management systems, playing a key part in supporting quality assurance processes and ensuring smooth and efficient documentation control across the company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain ISO 9001 system documents, supporting continual improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain and update document control systems (electronic or manual) to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Standardize document filing, indexing, and retrieval processes for quick and easy access.
  • Track document revisions, maintain version histories, and remove obsolete documents.
  • Assist in document review, approval, and sign-off processes to ensure compliance with procedures.
  • Ensure document management practices comply with company standards, industry regulations, and audit requirements.
  • Control access to confidential and sensitive documents to safeguard information security.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support quality assurance and operational processes.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on document management procedures as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in document control or quality management.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 document control standards and quality management systems.
  • Strong organizational and information management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and effective in communication and coordination.
  • Proficient in office software and electronic document management systems.
  • Proven experience as a Document Controller or in document management.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and compliant with assigned tasks.
