**Industry: MNC Manufacturing (EMS/Medical Device)**:
- **Location: Senai, Johor Bahru**:
- **Working Days: Monday to Friday**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Act as the key person to lead the L&D function, including internal and external trainings primarily for the local site**.
- Identify training needs, review with HODs, plan and develop annual training programmes, and coordinate training arrangements.
- Develop, design and prepare training materials related to operations (including production, quality, safety, equipment handling, etc.).
- Coordinate and conduct trainings for onboarding sessions, refresher and external programmes.
- **Liaise with external service providers on engagement and arrangements**.
- Maintain proper documentation for training records and reports, and ensure compliance with ISO audits and HRD Corp regulations.
- Manage post-trainings evaluation and reports, including collecting feedback, reviewing results with HODs, pre/post-trainings assessments, and recommending improvement plans.
- Support in e-learning system implementation, involving resource preparation, UAT and rollout phases.
- Support continuous improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, etc.).
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a relevant qualification.
- At least 2 years of working experience in an L&D function or technical training, preferably in the EMS/manufacturing industry.
- Experience with an LMS or e-learning system is a plus.
- **Junior Executive or Senior Executive positions are welcome to apply.**
