**Job Summary**:
The Sales Specialist (EV Fire Safety Solutions) is responsible for **converting enquiries/leads to sales** for our products and services. The products will mainly be our solutions for EV Fire Safety - namely our FF Ev Fire Blanket and related accessories. This role focuses on building strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive repeat business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Converting existing enquiries/leads to sales**:

- Through our marketing efforts, enquiries and leads will be given, the goal is to convert them to actual sales.
- Understand customers’ needs and advise them on the best product and service to them.
- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify and engage potential customers through referrals, inbound inquiries, and networking opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and present solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve or exceed targets.
- Coordinate orders and deliveries
- To coordinate orders with clients as well as deliveries with clients.
- Working closely with operations team to coordinate training & installation when needed
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Address customer inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues promptly.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions in CRM software.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to align strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and share insights on market trends.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with ERP software and MS Office tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
