Human Resources Executive

a) Recruitment and Staffing:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate the hiring process, including drafting and posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
- Developing and maintaining good relationship with employment agencies and other recruitment resources
b) Onboarding and Orientation:
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the organization.
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.
- Coordinate with various departments to provide necessary training and resources to new employees.
c) Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees or between employees and management.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and improve morale.
d) Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance evaluation processes.
- Provide support to managers in setting performance goals and providing feedback to employees.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend training or development opportunities.
e) Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentives.
- Stay informed about market trends and best practices in compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness.
- Assist employees with inquiries related to their compensation and benefits packages.
f) HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
- Assist in payroll processes and manage benefits enrollment and changes.
- Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
g) Compliance and Legal Matters:
- Stay up to date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Assist with investigations and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Work closely with legal counsel to address employment-related issues and mitigate legal risks.
h) HR Projects and Initiatives:
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as policy development, organizational restructuring, or employee development programs.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to implement the best practices and improve HR processes.
**Job Requirements**:
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in this position.
- Able to write and communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (in order to communicate with management).
- Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Microsoft word, Excel & PowerPoint
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
