**Job Title**: Business Development Manager (Southeast Asia)
**Location**: Work from home (Kuala Lumpur), under CP Pumps & Systems FZE (Dubai)
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales / Business Development**:
- Lead all sales and business development activities to drive revenue and volume growth across all CP product lines and services within the assigned customer groups and regions.
- Support the growth of the CP team’s networks by actively seeking opportunities to expand customer bases and business relationships.
**Marketing and Brand Awareness**:
- Visit existing customers to promote products and introduce new products and technology as released.
- Seek out and engage potential new customers, following up on leads to generate new sales opportunities.
- Contribute to the team by generating leads for rental and service jobs.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions locally and internationally, to promote CheckPoint’s products and expand the network of contacts.
- Travel locally and internationally to support business development and strengthen relationships with clients and partners.
- Manage and develop relationships with customers assigned to you, based on specific regions and product lines.
**Engineering, Operations, and Marketing Collaboration**:
- Utilize customer and market knowledge to support the design of stock skids and rental units as required.
- Keep the marketing team updated on new products, solutions, and when marketing support is needed.
- Provide content for social media and online promotions to increase brand visibility.
- Support the proposals team with market insights and customer feedback to qualify leads and ensure customer expectations are met.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Sales.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets.
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency with sales software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to travel across Southeast Asia, UAE, and other regions when required.
**Interview Process**:
- Online interviews will be conducted in early December.
**Additional Information**:
- This is a work-from-home role based in Kuala Lumpur, under CP Pumps & Systems FZE in Dubai.
- The role primarily focuses on Southeast Asia but may extend to other regions as needed.
