**RESPONSIBIITIES**
- **Talent Acquisition**
Ø Managing partnership with Colleges and Universities for Industrial Training program
Ø Handling recruitment activities (publish advertisement, liaison with external parties/ vendors for partnership, sourcing, filtering, coordinate the hiring activities) for restaurant division.
Ø Conducting Corporate Orientation Program to the restaurant division (restaurant level) and assist in coordination for Home Office level.
Ø Conducting briefing for payroll management to the Internship student upon the commencement date
- **Workforce Management**
Ø Administer the employee movement, promotion, appointment the allowance, re-designation or others (updating to the system and data administration)
Ø Accountable to checking attendance for Internship student for restaurant division by or before 20th each month.
Ø Handle HRDF documentation - grant, claim, report and transactions for restaurant division
- **Employee Engagement**
Ø Managing Home Office activities (Birthday, Farewell, Welcoming New born Voucher, Fruit Basket, Flower Wreath, Sports and Recreational) - communication, data administration and transaction.
Ø To prepare quarterly proposal and budget of Employee’s engagement to the management
- **Employee Relation/ Industrial Relation**
Ø Assist on Employee relation issue (complaints, disciplinary, compensation or others)
Ø To administer the documents preparation on any local government or authority bodies’s audit or compliance
- **Any ad hoc tasks given by the Superior, Head of Department or Management**
Ø Employee Relation/ Industrial Relation - issuing letters, memos or any related documentations for disciplinary cases or issues including to be panel member of Domestic Inquiry
Ø Foreign Workers - on boarding, renewal, end-contract, home leave, survey, audit or any other related matters
Ø Others HR related functions (if necessary)
Ø Administer Employee Welfare, Activities and/or Events.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management/ Business Studies/ Psychology/ Economics or any other related field.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field.
Experience working in Food & Beverages industry would be an added advantage.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Good communication both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
