At **ENX Systems**, we’re redefining how buildings manage energy consumption, and we invite you to be part of this exciting transformation. With our ENX Sustainability AI platform, we drive intelligent energy optimization through integrated IoT sensors and smart controls. Our solutions help clients reduce energy usage by up to 40%. From ACMV systems, plug loads, and lighting to air and water quality, occupancy tracking, and data center monitoring — we provide a complete picture of building performance, backed by real-time sustainability KPIs.
**Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct impactful product demonstrations and presentations, clearly highlighting how our software solutions meet client-specific needs and deliver value.
- **Client Relationship**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to support sustainable business growth.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**:Manage the entire sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate record-keeping, and regular updates for reporting.
- **Closing & Negotiation**: Lead negotiations, finalize terms and successfully close sales to meet or exceed sales goals.
- **Post-Sales Support**:Provide continuous post-sale support to maintain client satisfaction and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs to fine-tune sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
**Requirements & Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Indoor Sales, handling both inbound and outbound marketing, preferably in building services or enterprise software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Self-driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong passion for solving real-world problems with connected technologies.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
