**Job Scope**:
- Responsible for managing a client book and proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction and retention while continuously hunting and closing new business.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Following up with prospects several times throughout the entire sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
- Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
- Compiling and analyzing data to find trends.
- Providing professional after-sales support
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from finding a client to securing a deal.
- Developing sales strategies and meeting sales quotas.
- Staying current on company offerings and industry trends.
- Maintaining a database of contact information.
- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
- Handling and responding to complaints and resolving issues aimed at client contentment and preserving the company’s reputation.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
**Job Requirement**:
- Diploma in Business/Marketing/Information Technology or related course.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management.
- Familiarity with IT products/services and technical experience would be preferred.
- Knowledgeable of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
- Knowledgeable in CRM software is a plus.
- Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest processes and IT capabilities to continually work on automating and modernizing existing systems.
- The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
- Strong time management skills.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- A business acumen.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

- Sales: 2 years (required)
