Responsibilities:

Restaurant Acquisition & Onboarding:

  • Prospect, pitch, and sign up new restaurant partners to join the app.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with F&B stakeholders.
  • Highlight the benefits of the platform (increased visibility, customer reach, revenue growth).

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and managers.
  • Provide onboarding support to ensure smooth integration with the app.
  • Address partner concerns and act as a liaison between restaurants and internal teams.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Identify high-potential restaurants and key decision-makers in target markets.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to refine acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create compelling sales materials and promotions.

Performance Tracking:

  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for restaurant sign-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and partnerships in CRM.
  • Provide regular reports on business development progress.

Skill & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in business development, sales, App based platform or partnerships, preferably in F&B
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with restaurant owners and decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, other languages are a plus
  • Familiarity with the F&B sector, restaurant operations, or food delivery platforms is a plus.
  • Must possess own transportation and willing to travel locally to meet merchants
  • Positive, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
