Workforce Asst/ Executive

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to worker/operator daily activities ensure that all workers are carried out in accordance with SOP, abide to company codes and conduct and rules & regulations.
- Liaise with customer (HR dept and Production) on workers absenteeism, disciplinary issues, counselling and etc
- Responsible from the first day worker report for work, hostel arrangement, orientation and opening bank account.
- Transport arrangement from hostel to factories, clinics, immigration, repatriation and etc
- Attending to workers’ grievances on work place, from supervisors, piers/ housemate
- Carried out hostel clearance work as and when workers move out form the hostel
- Carried out routine/ ad hoc audit at the hostel
- Ensure workers health and safety, carried out covid test from time to time, arrangement for evacuation and quarantine for positive case.
- Prepare daily report to customer on attendance and absenteeism.
- Other responsibilities and authorities within capability may be assigned by the superior from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Possess own transport
- Good communication, coordination, strong sense of teamwork, and strong execution of work initiative

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
