Job Scope
- Assist in planning and managing events - celebrations and occasions from corporate to personal gatherings
- Coordinate with guest and prepare event proposals
- Process guest inquiries on events, reservations and deliveries
- Organise event warehouse and inventory
Experience & Skills
- Good public and human relation skills
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
- Able to converse and write fluently in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic computer skills (Google Drive is a +)
- Good analytical and general organizational skills.
- Sound judgement, integrity and tact when dealing with others.
- Ability to brief others and explain procedures.
- Desirable: Experience in F&B/Events/PR industry
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
