Japanese Client Assistant

About our Client:
Our client is one of the leading financial consultancy firms in Hong Kong. Our client focuses on financial consultation related to Life & Health Insurance services, Investment scope, Asset Management, and Legacy planning. Our clients partner with worldwide finial institutions ( eg, HSBC, Bank of China, Manulife, AIA, AXA,) to deliver advisory services worldwide.
- Provide administrative and backend support to the operation team
- Taking responsibility related with the administration support of after-sales related to some of the financial products
- Maintain and update daily customer database to maintain client relationship
- Handel customer services and dealing with inquiries from clients in Japan.
- Requirement_
- Bachelor’s Degree or above
- 0-2 years of work experience
- **Fluent in written and spoken in Japanese (JLPT N1 and N2)**:
- Eager to learn, self-motivated with strong initiative
- Detail-minded
- Good command in Mandarin and English
