**Job Details**:

- Working Location: Mont Kiara area and KL East Mall (both, different working place)
- Wages Range: RM3,500 - RM6,000
- Working Hours: 5 days a week

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably with experience in the Spa & Wellness industry
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Fast learner with good computer knowledge
- Proven leadership experience, leading at least 10 teammates
- Required languages: English (Must), Bahasa Malaysia (Must), Mandarin (Optional)

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to company standards
- Lead and manage the team, including scheduling and performance reviews
- Handle customer interactions, addressing concerns and special requests
- Liaise with vendors to maintain quality and efficiency
- Promote services and products to achieve sales targets
- Manage inventory and ensure equipment maintenance
- Conduct staff training, including new recruits
- Engage in collaborations with partners like Klook and Traveloka
- Manage group sales and events, overseeing customer correspondence, staff deployment, and bookings

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
