Sales Executive

**1. Guest Management**
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure high standards of customer service to enhance guest satisfaction and receive positive reviews.
**2. Marketing and OTA Account Management**
- Conduct regular audits of property listings to ensure consistency.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to attract guests during peak and off-peak seasons.
- Handle social media accounts and create engaging content to increase visibility.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to optimize pricing and offerings.
- Respond to reviews on OTA platforms to maintain high guest ratings and address any feedback.
**3. Sales and Reservation**
- Liaison with front office on all sales/reservation derived from OTA account.
- Keep accurate records of bookings, expenses, and revenue.
- Prepare reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback.
- Develop budgets and implement cost-saving strategies where applicable.
**4. Property Management and Regulatory Compliance**
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure all amenities (Wi-Fi, air conditioning, etc.) are functioning correctly.
- Coordinate with respective departments to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, such as business permits, safety standards, and tax filings.
**6. Performance Reporting & Analysis**
- Prepare and update monthly performance reports, tracking key metrics such as occupancy, revenue per unit, and booking channels.
- Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the related industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for guest interactions, team coordination, and marketing.
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of property management systems and online booking platforms.
- Marketing and sales acumen.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to propose creative ideas for improving services, occupancy rates, and marketing strategies.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
